This splendid farmhouse is located in the heart of an 18th century village owned by the family who manages it. Immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility among olive trees, orange trees, bamboo and eucalyptus, it is the ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends.

Located in Sellia Marina, a small town near Catanzaro, a few hundred meters from the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea and just half an hour's drive from the wonderful Sila woods.

The swimming pool is the heart of the farmhouse, surrounded by a large and well-kept lawn, it has sun loungers, chairs and tables.

The residence has eleven double bedrooms with bathroom, renovated and furnished with period furniture, all with air conditioning, television and the possibility of additional beds for children and adults.

The structure is also a refined location for private events such as weddings, baptisms, communions or anniversaries, making available the large garden, the internal rooms, the poolside and possibly the gazebo.
Upon request, the Agriturismo can organize horseback riding trips (only in high season), excursions to the most evocative locations in Sila and wine and oil tastings in the region's companies.
Upon request and for a fee, dinners with a chef can be organized directly in the facility.

At guests' disposal you will find: ping pong table, five-a-side football pitch and volleyball court.
