This ancient farm is a small nucleus made up of two farmhouses located near the town of Palazzone, in a particularly happy position, close to centuries-old trees, olive trees and meadows, it enjoys a beautiful and wide panorama of the surrounding hills.
Recently renovated and in a strategic position a few steps from the town of Palazzone, the 2 farmhouses offer their guests the right compromise between a peaceful holiday and an original village life which, under many aspects, seems to have remained at the beginning of the century. when agriculture and pastoralism were the only source of livelihood.
They are part of a large farm that extends in the municipality of San Casciano dei Bagni (Siena) over an area of approximately 300 hectares.

Positioned between 300 and 700 meters above sea level in this Agriturismo, in addition to the traditional crops, the breeding of Chianina cattle takes on particular importance.

Among the prevailing crops is that of the vine which finds particularly favorable conditions and allows the production of Chianti wine.

Extra virgin olive oil deserves special mention. In the company it is possible to visit an ancient 17th century animal traction oil mill.

The company center is still inhabited today by the owners and the numerous farmhouse units have been gradually recovered and destined for agritourism use.

The central position with respect to important historical-artistic centers allows you to reach all the most interesting places in Central Italy in 1 hour-1 hour and a half (Florence-Perugia-Rome-Arezzo-Siena-Montepulciano-Orvieto etc...)

House 1
House 1 is arranged over two floors.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen-dining room, bathroom.
First floor: 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and 2 beds in a passage room (can accommodate 4+2 people). The first floor can also be accessed directly from the outside.

From mid-May to the end of September, guests can take advantage of the beautiful 6x12 meter swimming pool (shared with Casa 2 and Vigna) a few meters from the house. The house is completely independent also as regards the external spaces.

House 2
House 2 is also on two levels and can accommodate a maximum of 4+1 people in its two double bedrooms which can also be accessed directly from the outside. The garden enjoys a pleasant view of the Church of Santa Maria Assunta in Palazzone, over the Val di Chiana.

From June 2nd to September 20th, guests can use the beautiful swimming pool (shared with Casa 1 and Vigna) a few meters from the house. The house is completely independent also as regards the external spaces. The swimming pool is shared with two other small houses.

In the village, easily reachable on foot, you can find groceries and everything you need for the home.
