Originally built in 1840, this home preserves the timeless charm and quiet rhythm of traditional Italian village life. Beautifully renovated while keeping its historic identity, it offers a warm, cozy atmosphere combined with all necessary modern amenities.

The house consists of two apartments: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The first-floor apartment is accessible via a wide, easy-to-climb staircase; it is perfect for families or two separate households wishing to vacation together while maintaining their own comfort.

The living area includes a cozy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen—complete with everything needed to cook and dine independently—as well as three bedrooms: one featuring a double bed and two single beds with a convenient en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds; and a third bedroom equipped with a small double bed (queen-size). In addition to the en-suite bathroom in the first bedroom, the property features a second full bathroom for guest use.

The ground-floor apartment is cozy and completely independent, making it an ideal choice for those seeking relaxation and comfort; it comfortably accommodates up to three people. The interior space includes a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to prepare and enjoy meals independently, a bedroom with a single bed, and a functional bathroom stocked with all personal care essentials.

The quiet village of Roccasicura (around 500 residents) provides all essential conveniences within walking distance, including grocery stores, a butcher shop, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a post office. You will be warmly welcomed upon arrival by a local host.
