Living-room with kitchen, double bed-sofa satellite TV, direct phone, private heating, old glass furniture and a chest of drawers.

There are two bedrooms:

- Double room with two single beds, a bedside table, carpets, a little armchair, panoramic view on the swimming pool.

- Double room with big bed, ward robe, chest of drawers with two mirrors two bedside table, carpets, panoramic view on Casentino’s Valley.

One bathroom: little hall with wardrobe and cleaning equipment, bathroom with sanitary equipment (shower box), and window.
