The farmhouse is also a real agricultural company that occupies 11 hectares of hilly land, on which approximately 300 healthy olive trees grow, cultivated using traditional methods. Pruning and harvesting are carried out by hand, and the care and dedication used for these plants is reflected in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil that you will find on your table.

This oil is good, natural and genuine, without the addition of chemical elements. The fullness of its flavor will enrich every dish you taste in the property's restaurant.

Furthermore, the 300 olive trees offer natural shade to the animals raised on the farm: sheep that graze freely outdoors and farmyard animals that provide us with fresh eggs, a precious ingredient for the pasta, desserts and cakes we make.

The land, worked with wisdom, welcomes, nourishes and preserves always fresh vegetables, with an authentic flavor typical of traditional cultivations. These fruits of the earth will be a key element in the dishes you will enjoy in the facility's restaurant.

On the same land, you will find fruit trees, whose fruits are harvested when they are perfectly ripe to produce genuine and tasty jams and marmalades, prepared according to ancient recipes without the addition of preservatives.

At the top of the hill, you will find some hives, kept in colorful wooden houses, where the bees work peacefully to produce the delicious honey that you will find in the farmhouse with the possibility of enjoying it in the morning for breakfast or accompanied by a slice of cheese and a glass of full-bodied and elegant wine.

The wine of the farm comes from the harvest of native grapes, such as Sangiovese, Merlot, Sagrantino, Grechetto, Trebbiano Spoletino and Chardonnay, and is vinified following the traditions of the excellent Umbrian winemakers.
It is possible to purchase all products, including EVO oil, honey, wine and jams, directly at the farmhouse.
