The farmhouse, nestled in the heart of the Alta Val di Vara, offers large spaces, woods and wild nature, promoting organic farming and environmental protection. Located between the Cinque Terre National Park, the Gulf of Poets and the Gulf of Tigullio, it is the ideal destination for a holiday of good living and the discovery of the pearls of the Ligurian East.

The accommodations, located in the Casa di Paglia and in the Colonial Villa, are taken care of down to the smallest detail by the landlady, who has preserved the authentic atmosphere by using family furniture. All accommodations have a private bathroom, independent access to green spaces and relaxation areas. In summer, thanks to the materials used, the rooms remain cool, offering a quiet refuge after a day among the crowded beaches of Eastern Liguria or the scenery of Val di Vara and the Cinque Terre.

The restaurant, one of the pillars of the structure, is led by a chef with thirty years of experience, who directly processes the organic farm's raw materials. It offers authentic dishes linked to the Ligurian tradition, enriched by curiosity and the desire to experiment, accompanied by a selection of natural wines.

The farm produces high quality cheeses using raw milk from Jersey, Cabannine and crossbreeds between the two breeds. Respectful breeding focuses on the Cabannina breed, a Slow Food Presidium, offering the cows a natural life with free grazing and natural nourishment. The animals feed on grass and hay, grazing freely during the day. The calves stay with their mothers for the first 6 months and are separated in the evening for hand milking in the morning. In the laboratory, cheeses are produced following the principles of the Slow Food movement, including those typical of the Ligurian tradition.
The farm practices natural agriculture without pesticides or herbicides, using manure, natural fermented products and environmental resources to grow vegetables.

Breakfast, served on the veranda overlooking the Val di Vara, offers a sweet awakening immersed in the woods, representing an ideal way to start the day.

The farmhouse offers a space dedicated to well-being, with a professional in the sector available for massages and naturopathic treatments. You can take an hour to relieve daily tensions, explore natural remedies for restoring harmony or enjoy a relaxing traditional Chinese TuiNa or ReiKi massage. The facility also offers holistic treatments such as Holistic Kinesiology to start a naturopathic rebalancing process.

Within the confines of the farmhouse, you can enjoy different activities and locations, including woodland, vegetable gardens, orchard, olive grove and wetlands with a variety of flora and fauna. Visitors are free to walk in the woods, explore the vegetable gardens, orchards and olive groves. Children will be able to observe the cows in their shelter or the chickens in the fenced areas, living the experience of the educational farm, or they will be able to entertain themselves with the numerous games made available in the porticoed area.

Furthermore, it is possible to visit the thermocompost, a large pile of branches that produces heat through fermentation and heats the sanitary water. Relaxation areas with deck chairs are also available, providing a pleasant retreat.
