The farmhouse with swimming pool is located at the foot of the ancient medieval village of Montemassi at about 200 meters above sea level, in a setting of centuries-old olive trees. It is located in a position from which you can quickly reach seaside resorts such as Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala which are about 30 km away from the Agriturismo.
Going up towards the villages of Roccatederighi and Sassofortino at an average altitude of 600 meters above sea level, you can enjoy the coolness offered by the numerous chestnut woods in absolute relaxation.

It is also possible to take walks and mountain bike trails to visit the nearest medieval villages of Roccatederighi and Roccastrada.

During the summer season village festivals inspired by ancient customs of the time are organized; as well as the mysterious Castello della Pia de Tolomei, the beautiful city of Massa Marittima, the characteristic lake of Accesa and the Etruscan necropolis of Vetulonia.

We offer hospitality in apartments and rooms with private bathroom. The apartments consist of two double bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, each with its own bathroom; living room, kitchenette, and outside a large garden where you can enjoy the tranquility offered by the suggestive landscape of the Montemassi fortress; a barbecue invites you to grill outside and enjoy the result on a large patio.

This farm was born in the 1940s, when our family descended from the Apennines and after a life of generations dedicated to sheep farming, it integrated this activity by dedicating itself to the cultivation of vines.
Over the years this tradition has been strengthened by the hand of my father-in-law, who dedicates his passion and his great work to wine, obtaining satisfactory quality results and esteem from consumers.
In the 80s my husband and I began to lead the company by planting new vineyards with selected vines capable of giving future wines an increase in quality and prestige.

The company produces DOC wine from Massa Marittima, extra virgin olive oil obtained by cold pressing and grappa obtained from our pomace; all typical products that contain the scents and flavors of the Tuscan Maremma and which can be tasted by visiting our cellar.
