The Villa can accommodate up to 11 people (8 + 3).

Its 400 square meters are arranged over 2 floors: on the ground floor, a built-in kitchen equipped with all possible appliances and utility room, a living room with an elegant wood-burning fireplace in lava stone surrounded by sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, a large room also frescoed with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining room with a large crystal table with an original bookcase and a complete bathroom with shower.

Through a cast iron and stone staircase you reach the first floor, consisting of a corridor that leads to 2 double bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom with a four-poster bed), continuing along another corridor we reach other 2 double bedrooms (convertible into double). .

In 3 rooms it is possible to add 3 single beds; we also find 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one of which has a comfortable bathtub.

Returning to the ground floor, overlooking the kitchen and the living room, reachable by 2 arched doors, we find a garden with stone paving (more properly called Chiostra), where we find a loggia with table and chairs, under which it is possible to have lunch or stay in absolute relaxation on comfortable sofas, in the shade of a pergola covered by a beautiful secular wisteria, from which it is possible to admire a spectacular scenery, full of vineyards and hills that run up to the wonderful city of Volterra.

Furthermore, from a small brick staircase, we descend to the underlying garden, characterized by 2 majestic lime trees, beyond which, protected by a tuff wall that guarantees absolute privacy, the swimming pool stands out in a dominant position with a beautiful panorama. 12 x 4 x 1.30 (with hydromassage relaxation area) equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, etc.
