  Francesco, the owner, met us the day we arrived and was so wonderful, friendly and helpful with a tour of the villa and the grounds and information about day trips, restaurants, shopping etc. While we were en route driving from Pisa to Montelopio, Federica called us to make sure we knew where we were driving to and gave us some additional driving instructions; she also was at the villa every other morning cleaning up the grounds and the pool and assisted us with additional large cooking pots, etc. that we needed. They are the most amazing host and hostess we have ever had at any house we have rented around the world, very hospitable, accommodating and friendly. The house was immaculate and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving dishes and glassware. The patios, pool area and vistas are gorgeous! I would not hesitate to stay at this villa again!

  Wonderful,luxurious accomodations, convenient in town location with country feeling,very helpful owners,

  Some street noise at night, otherwise perfect.

  We had two weeks in Italy and only spent four nights at Montelopio 3288 and six nights in Florence. Everyone agreed that we should have spent more time at Montelopio. It was the best part of the trip by far.
