Description Agriturismo

Our farmhouse is in Montalcino, in the heart of the Val d'Orcia in Tuscany.

The structure consists of seven independent apartments complete with services and comforts: one or two bedrooms, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, living room with sofa bed and kettle, microwave and mini bar as well as crockery, independent heating.

Guests are also offered some common services: Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a traditional barbecue, as well as a reserved parking area for cars.

Moreover:

  • Guided tours in our Historic Cellar with tasting of our Brunello di Montalcino.
  • Yoga classes with Marta, yoga teacher and wife of one of the owners
  • Naturopathy appointments with Vittorio, naturopath and one of the owners
  • Wide, green areas equipped with gazebos to be used independently.

Our philosophy is not to stop time but to renew and enhance what comes to us from the past, trying to live and enjoy the present in harmony and with respect for our land.

In our farm we produce, with biodynamic method, Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino, extra virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetables.

With the biodynamic method, agriculture is in harmony with nature, with the earth and with men. Fertilization, cultivation and breeding are carried out in ways that respect and promote the fertility and vitality of the soil and at the same time the typical qualities of plant and animal species. The deep bond with nature and the complete respect for its rhythms lead, with biodynamic agriculture, to abolish the use of synthetic mineral fertilizers and chemical pesticides, and to manage the land following the cosmic and lunar cycles.
