  - Idyllisches, renoviertes Landhaus und Appartements, Sauberkeit, Terrassen und Poolbereich, etwas enge Parkplätze - Klimaanlagen sehr hilfreich bei lokalen Temperaturen zwischen 35-39C.. - Zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Grill zur Gästenutzung vorhanden - Unübertroffene Gastfreundschaft und Service der Gastgeber - Lage für Ausflüge in der Nähe (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Apuanische Alpen, Tropfsteinhöhlen, etc) - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Carrefour, Lidl) und Restaurants in Massa

  - Benötigt gute Nerven: der enge Weg zum Domizil, in die Hügel von Massa (generell eine Herausforderung in den oft engen Straßen Italiens) - Tagsüber am hauseigenen Pool kann ab und an etwas Verkehrslärm aufkommen, wenn Einheimische die Serpentinen hochrasen, nicht dauerhaft störend - Auto immer benötigt, zu Fuß kann man keinen Bäcker o.Ä. auf einfachem Wege erreichen (mind. 3-5km entfernt) - Einkauf sorgfältig planen... - Auf viele Mücken- und Insektenstiche einstellen und entsprechende Mittel mitnehmen

  Le cadre est exceptionnel, une très belle vue sur les environ, les propriétaires propose de monter les bagages par un petit train (car la maison est très en hauteur) la cuisine est pratique. Il faisait juste un peu froid, nous étions au printemps avec une belle vague de froid...

  Les télévision ne marchait pas, mais avec une telle vue, nous nous en sommes passés ! Et comme dit, nous avons eu un peu froid, mais c'est surtout le temps qui était en cause.

  Grazie per la bella recensione . Mi spiace per la televisione, se richiesto potevamo sostituirla. Per il freddo potevate accendere o i termosifoni o le pompe di calore.

  Very nice with the pizza evening. The pool was nice. Plenty of sunbeds. Beautiful view over Massa. Owners very friendly

  The kictchen is not Weller equiped. There should be the basics like salt, pepper, dishwashing tabs and brush. It would have been nice with things for cleaning the floor. No pool towels.

  CAUSA COVID NON METTIAMO PRODOTTI DA CUCINA NEGLI APPARTAMENTI . PER LA PULIZIA E' A DISPOSIZIONE LA LAVANDERIA CON TUTTI I PRODOTTI E GLI ACCESSORI PER LA PULIZIA DELLA CASA ( DETERSIVI, PASTICCHE PER LAVASTOVIGLIE) . SEMPRE NELLA LAVANDERIA 2 LAVATRICI A DISPOSIZIONE DEI CLIENTI, NON A PAGAMENTO, CON RELATIVO DETERSIVO. I TELI DA PISCINA SONO TROPPO PERSONALI E OGNI VOLTA CHE I CLIENTI ESCONO DOVREMMO CAMBIARLI E LAVARLI E DOVREMMO STARE SEMPRE LI' A CONTROLLARE IL CAMBIO DI CLIENTE... PIU' IGIENICO CHE OGNI CLIENTI SI ATTREZZI DA SOLO.
