Villa description

The villa is positioned in more than 9.5 acres of green land easily accessible by car.

Driving around the area is very easy, there are no dangerous narrow roads nor sheer drops. A large outdoor area of tall pine trees and shady oaks provides a safe ground for the children to play.

Swimming pool: in a flat ground there is a raised swimming pool, 8 meters diameter, equipped with deck chairs, sunshades and umbrellas where you can relax and enjoy the Tuscan tranquility.

What to eat: near the park there is a farmyard where it is possible to taste and buy home made cheese, honey and meat for barbeques.

Also a bar, a small grocery shop, butcher and pizzeria are within walking distance.

Tuscany can be a highly remarkable region for those who enjoy outdoor activities in any season of the year.

The area offers mountain bike trails and trekking routes on the Apuan Alps.
Routes Jogging along the Serchio river, free climbing on the rocky walls in Vecchiano.
Even in the autumn-winter season it is possible to practice skiing.
Other activities such as tennis, horse riding, bird watching, golf are all possible in the area.

Stroll in the historic center of Lucca among the stalls of the craft market.
