Location: the Farmhouse, situated at the foot of S. Alessio’s hills, along the route of the "Road of Wine", just 4 km away from the centre of Lucca, is a structure dipped in the green, surrounded by olive-trees and cultivated fields and wrapped in the silent atmosphere offered by the charming rural view.

Description: the Farmhouse consists of 2 buildings located at short distance from each other: in one you can find 2 wide houses for 6 people, in the other 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a common area for guests.

Services: guests have at their disposal a large 6x12 m swimming pool (open from May to October), close to both buildings, garden equipments such as beach chairs, sun beds and umbrellas, games for children, table tennis and table soccer, free internet access. Bicycles are also available for excursions in the surrounding countryside, along the close fluvial park or to reach easily the city center. Restaurant service is offered upon request.

Apartments: the two wide houses, "Casa Giuseppe" and "Casa Renata", obtained from the renovation of an ancient cowshed with hayloft, have been restructured with great care, using the original materials in order to maintain the characteristics of the ancient architecture and the fascination of the past. The stone walls and the ceilings with wood-beams, together with a furniture in a rustic but cared style, make a warm and wrapping surrounding of the houses, an ideal place to spend unforgettable moments with your friends or your family.

Each house has two double rooms and a room with two single beds; two bathrooms , one with bath and one with shower; an efficient kitchen, perfectly equipped with everything you need also for long stays, provided with washing machine and dishwasher; a wide living-room with fireplace and satellite TV. Both houses are equipped with heating facilities, private entrance and large private outdoor spaces equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, in order to enjoy a holiday of peace and nature. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are provided free of charge with weekly change. Each house is furnished with cot and high chair for babies.

Rooms: the rooms are housed on the first floor of a building located on the hillside, which offer a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside and is perfectly integrated into the territory. They are bright and embellished with chestnut trim and are decorated with attention to details, so as to give a warm atmosphere, cheerful and elegant at the same time. From the windows guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the idyllic scenery.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, provided with hair-dryer, and is equipped with refrigeration and heating system, TV and free wireless internet connection. At guests disposal’s there are a washing machine and an iron in the common area. Guests are offered a rich Italian breakfast in the common living room on the ground floor, where restaurant service is offered upon request. Guests can also enjoy the relaxing areas in the veranda or inside in the living room with fireplace.
