The estate offers various accommodation options designed to ensure maximum comfort for every type of guest. The manor house hosts rooms inspired by local wines, including the Loft Albana and the spacious Leonardo apartment with two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen—perfect for families. An old stable has been converted into 5 apartments with kitchenettes and a spacious double room.

About three hundred meters from the reception is located a 300-square-meter farmhouse renovated according to green building principles. This residence uses solar energy and is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning in all its 2 Superior rooms, one Junior Suite, and the luxurious Suite with large whirlpool tub, offering a luxurious and sustainable stay.

The farmhouse is immersed in a park of over 4,000 square meters, a true oasis of relaxation and fun. Here, children can enjoy the many dedicated games in total safety, while adults unwind reading or chatting under the large patio. The beautiful swimming pool, reserved exclusively for guests, is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy the Romagna sun.

Some accommodations are ideal for those traveling with pets: pets are allowed in the Romagna Mia apartments, Sala Rossa, and the Pagadebit room.

This farmhouse in Romagna offers a full immersion in the local culture, with a strong focus on food and wine. The property is a modern winery with fifty years of history, producing and exporting its wines worldwide. Guests can explore the cellars through guided tours, take part in wine tastings, and learn the secrets of local cuisine with cooking classes.

The in-house restaurant offers a Tuscan–Emilian–Romagnol fusion cuisine, a sensory journey that evolves with the seasons. It boasts an in-house pasta workshop and guarantees at least 35% of ingredients from its own production and at least 45% from Romagna-based farms or PDO/PGI-certified producers. Guests can dine in the old stable, on the patio, or outdoors during warmer months. The menu changes frequently, reviving ancient recipes from the local culinary tradition. Guests can also purchase wine, vinegar, oil, and grappa produced on the farm.

Thanks to its strategic location, the farmhouse allows for multiple ways to explore Romagna. Nature lovers can enjoy mountain biking and trekking, while sports enthusiasts will find a major motocross track right next to the property. Just 6 km away is Riolo Terme, a spa town with a swimming pool and 18-hole golf course. For art lovers, Faenza is 6 km away and Ravenna 30 km. For beach enthusiasts, the entire Adriatic Riviera (Milano Marittima, Cervia, Rimini, Riccione) is around 35–50 km away.

From April to September, it opens also on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for dinner, with Sunday lunch and dinner service maintained.
