This charming agriturismo is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in a strategic position for exploring some of the most beautiful destinations in central Italy. The property originates from an ancient 16th-century tower house, expanded over time and transformed, at the beginning of the 20th century, into a typical Tuscan farmhouse, with buildings arranged around the courtyard, once the center of rural life.

Completely renovated in the early 2000s, the agriturismo has preserved the authentic charm of traditional Tuscan homes, enhancing original features such as exposed wooden beams, large fireplaces, handmade terracotta floors and pietra serena stone, while offering modern comforts for a relaxing and authentic stay.

Holiday Apartments in Authentic Tuscan Style

The property offers three independent apartments, carefully furnished and ideal for couples, families, or small groups. All accommodations are equipped with Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

• One apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

• Inside the former tobacco barn, two apartments on two levels have been created:

  • the first features a spacious living room with kitchenette and fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom and private garden;

  • the second includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area with fireplace and a private garden, ideal for families.

La Loggia, the oldest part of the farmhouse dating back to the late 1500s, naturally maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the year and does not require air conditioning. Heating is not included in the price.

All apartments also feature a dishwasher, double sofa bed in the living room and internet access.

Swimming Pool, Garden and Wellness Area

Guests can enjoy a large shared outdoor area surrounded by greenery, designed for relaxation and convivial moments. Available facilities include:

• Panoramic swimming pool (16 x 6 meters), open from May 15 to September 15

• Wood-fired oven and barbecue

• Table tennis

• Small gym located in the former granary

A renovated annex houses a charming Jacuzzi made of pietra serena stone (4 x 1.8 meters), supplied with spring water and heated to the ideal temperature. The service is available on request and for an extra fee, perfect for enjoying moments of pure relaxation in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

The historic center of Monte San Savino, with typical restaurants and pizzerias, is just 5 minutes by car. For shopping lovers, the Valdichiana Outlet Village is about 15 minutes away, while the Prada Outlet can be reached in approximately 25 minutes.

Thanks to its location, the agriturismo is an excellent base for visiting some of the most iconic destinations in Tuscany and Umbria, including Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti area, Assisi, Perugia, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino. Nearby attractions also include the medieval villages of Lucignano and the Castle of Gargonza, as well as the towns of Cortona and Arezzo. The Rapolano Thermal Baths and Bagno Vignoni are also easily accessible.
