Nice swimming pool. Fresh room in the night in spite of high temperature outside. 
Wifi not available. Very small TV set. Rustic furnishing in the kitchen 
Don't miss to see Gubbio, Assisi.Don't miss to taste sagrantino di montefalco wine. It's the country of porchetta ( speciality of stuffed whole pork ) Points assigned

Wifi will be available maibe in the next time in a beautiful common dependance with private veranda.Original italian rustic furnishing in the kitchen and small TV set because we are really an original farmhouse or ''agriturismo'' with our certificated 4''spighe'' where we defense the traditional details of te countryside according with the simple life of the ancient families of the farm.Usually our guestes like the original and not serial furnished in all the farmholidays of the little borgo.Sorry but we are different and we don't want be absolutly a technologique relais! 7
