A few km from both Pitigliano and Lake Bolsena, this farmhouse in the Tuscan-Latium Maremma provides an ideal accommodation for spending your holidays in Lazio and southern Tuscany.

The farm covers an area of ​​about 40 hectares within the Hunting Reserve in the splendid Maremma. By choosing this property you will be able to stay in an old farmhouse surrounded by a 1000 m2 garden.

Precisely in the rooms immersed in the history of the farmhouse, 4 welcoming rooms and an apartment have been built, which still preserve the ancient fireplaces today, and which allow visitors to this area to touch the true history of these places with their own hands.
The rooms, each unique and different from the other, furnished with simplicity and attention to detail, will allow you to enjoy the silence of the surrounding nature, the large garden where in the warmer months, you can enjoy our new swimming pool, perfect for spending hours of healthy relaxation.

The corner dedicated to the playground means that this structure is suitable for a holiday with children.

And for lovers of good food, this farmhouse has an olive grove of about 2000 trees, mostly centenary, falling within the territory of the DOP Canino, so much so that it is one of the largest and most renowned producers of extra virgin olive oil in the area. On the ground floor a breakfast room is available to our guests. This welcoming and familiar environment can be used to organize a private dinner with your friends.

Breakfast is served from 08.30 to 10.00.  In case of special needs the time must be previously agreed with the management.
In the summer months and as long as the weather permits, breakfast is served in the garden, alternatively in the internal room.

You can taste the oil from our olives right in the tasting room inside the property, in many typical recipes of the upper Tuscia or buy them as a souvenir of your stay, to bring some of the flavors of the gastronomic excellence of this area with you.

Among the most beautiful places to visit, it is worth mentioning some of the most important Etruscan archaeological sites, quickly reachable from the structure, such as the necropolis of Vulci, Tarquinia and Veio, and the vie cave, suggestive rock canyons that connect the Tufo Cities in the province of Grosseto 

But it is nature that dominates, olive groves, woods, enchanting landscapes that can be visited on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.

Furthermore, at 500 meters. there is the small medieval village of Pianiano, whose church is ideal for celebrating weddings.
