Open for dinner Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, Saturday. At lunch only on Sunday. Our Chef Raffaele respects the rhythm and harmony of the seasons and uses fresh ingredients. Many products come from the farms that surrounds the property.
Meat, fish, vegetable soups such as Ribollita, stews of meat, pork, beans etc.. are rigorously cooked in the fireplace or barbecue in the garden. In an ancient Tuscan fireplace as the centerpiece of the main hall and the outdoor barbecue, grilled fish are preparing for you, "bistecche alla fiorentina", steaks, and rotisserie meats.
Wine ranges from the most traditional Tuscan wines and home to the most famous Italian ones. The property is available for business lunches, business lunches or for a memorable banquet.
