The property enjoys the atmosphere of quiet and tranquility that only ancient places can offer and the peace that the former convent is still able to give to those who live there. A feature that makes this country resort perfect for families with children as well.
Villa Cappella and Villa Proneta, the two residential buildings of which it is composed, are only about 300 meters away from each other, connected by a quiet country road surrounded by olive groves, woods and vineyards. Both houses large and comfortable apartments, whose comfort is completed for each with the presence, outside, of a panoramic swimming pool.
The tennis/football/basketball court, as well as a beach volleyball court, a bowling alley, an area equipped for children's games, table tennis, table football, two wood-burning ovens and a large space dedicated to the barbecue and the possibility of trekking inside the estate which represents a closed fund and an area of repopulation of the native fauna, represent the further offer as regards the sports and recreational activities available to guests.
Calm is a way of being that also pervades our winemaking techniques. In rethinking the intended use of the land, after having uprooted the old vineyards, we have planted traditional Tuscan vines such as Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Canaiolo and Black Malvasia which naturally accompany the classic Sangiovese which constitutes the predominant part . Our production is centered on the Chianti Classico DOCG Gallo Nero, a vintage that is vinified and aged in wood and bottled only almost three years after the harvest.
The romance of the place makes the property the ideal location for weddings. Not only for the catering, but also for the photo shoot which, taking advantage of the surrounding landscape and the most hidden and evocative corners of the rural village, will become the unique reportage of an unforgettable day.
