This Residence is located in Isola d’Asti in the heart of Monferrato, a step away from the Langhe, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A wonderful place among rolling hills and natural terraces embellished by an exceptional cultivation of vines, ancient villages, castles perched, and a succession of landscapes shaped by the action of man and nature that have become a precious asset to be safeguarded.

Guests can choose between four apartments. Each apartment has direct access to the pool and a separate entrance. Quiet and reserved, they are equipped with every comfort and autonomous services. The apartments are all equipped with a fully equipped kitchen so guests can try their own food using the many colorful local markets.

Next to the residence there is the Winery owned by the same family. With several hectares of land, a large swimming pool and ample green spaces, your stay will be unforgettable, in the pursuit of relaxation and maximum comfort.

The farm owner of the Residence, is one of the few that produces LA BARBERA Tinella. The wines produced blend perfectly with the refined variety of dishes offered by Piedmontese cuisine.
Within a radius of 20 km around the Residence there are many trattorias that at reasonably inexpensive prices can offer the best of regional dishes thanks to the uniqueness of certain products such as: Il Peperone Quadro, Il Cardo Gobbo, but in particular all dishes based of the exquisite meat provided by the Piedmontese bovine breed such as Braised, raw meat, vitello tonnato).

The strategic location of this Residence which is 5 km from the Superstrada for Alba and only 7 km from Asti, allows you to easily visit this beautiful part of Monferrato. Places like Alba, La Morra, Treiso, Barbaresco, Barolo, are only half an hour away by car.

Alba is considered the Capital of the Langhe and is famous for the White Truffle and its wines.

Asti is a small town of 74,000 inhabitants and is equipped with all the modern facilities of a modern city. In Asti, every third Sunday of September a great historical event, that dates back to the Middle Ages, is revived: IL PALIO DI ASTI. There are over 1,200 participants and an exciting race of horse-mounted horses. The Palio of Asti, although less known, is older than that of Siena.

Bra, a town located among the Roero hills, is a crossroads of History, Culture, and Gastronomic Excellence such as the famous Salsiccia and the biennial Cheese festival.

The City of Turin is less than an hour away by car. An easy day trip allows you to admire very important works and monuments such as Venaria Reale, UNESCO heritage, Egyptian Museum, Royal Palace. The whole Piedmont Region and specifically that of the Monferrato is rich in historical monuments.

For Golf lovers, half an hour's drive there are two Golf Clubs that have an agreement with the Residence: Margara Golf Club and Feudo d’Asti Golf Club.
