In the middle of fattoria is the beatiful ancient villa and chapel surrounded by carefully restored and furnished farm houses.

The villa has its own private garden, barbecue area and swimming pool. The villa guests can share the holiday farmhouses’ larger swimming pool, several other barbecue areas, a restaurant pizzeria, tennis courts, ping pong, bicycles and a laundry.
To complete the atmosphere the visitor can choose to sunbath and swim in the swimming pool, play tennis, go trekking along marked paths,. In the gardens there is a barbecue area with tables and chairs for outdoor dinners.
The farm is situated very near the race circuit of Mugello and the golf club of Scarperia.
