The origins of the Tuscan cuisine lies in simple peasant cooking. You will be able to discover the genuine flavours and the intriguing aromas of an area that is famous in Italy and overseas for its unique dishes such as the Ribollita - bread soup, Carabaccia - beans and greens, wonderful steaks, grilled meats and cod.
In our wine cellar we offer the best of our wines made here on the estate and the best quality wines of Tuscany.
The restaurant is located in the antique olive oil mill, with its wood-burning fireplace, or on the large terrace with its breathtaking view. Lunch and dinner are served only by reservation.

We also offer guided wine and olive oil tastings and cooking classes. You can purchase our products that are the our passion: wine, extra-virgin olive oil, jams and preserves, all of prime quality, made from original recipes handed down in the Chianti area.
