Vineyards: all around the Borgo are 5 hectares of vineyard divided between San Giovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Merlot grapes and the pride of the farm.

Wine cellar |
Wine cellar: the farmhouse has a wine-cellar where all the various phases of production, bottling and ageing of the wine are performed.
The patron will teach you to love his wine. The small cellar, dug out of the tuff, is well worth a visit.

Olive trees |
Olive trees: a newly planted olive grove covers 6 hectares of land situated around the estate.
It's from these splendid trees that the extra virgin olive oil is made, the essential basic ingredient of renowned Tuscan cooking.
