Profile: home in the country a few kilometres from the sea and from the historical centre of Rossano; it is centrally placed for the main Ionic localities which are interesting both from the naturalistic and from the historical-cultural point of view. The premises are located in about two hectares of land cultivated with olive groves and orchards in the tranquillity of the Rossano hillsides.
Out of the restaurant
The restaurant: has seating in the open air, beneath the shade of centuries old olive trees or under the large gazebo; in the winter evenings, it is possible to enjoy your meal in the inside dining room complete with fireplace and decorated in rustic style.
The cuisine is typical, reminiscent of the old flavours of times past and has a base of meat and fish, grilled on pumice stone, bruschette (toasted bread with toppings) by the metre and home-made pasta.
Bedroom
The rooms: have all the modern creature comforts, climatisation system, mosquito netting, bathroom with shower. Each has a small, equipped and shady balcony.
Activities: there are a number of things here to amuse you in your spare time, for example swinging in the hammocks in the open air arbours, following cookery courses, participating in the preparation and the tasting of the bread or the "pitta" baked in the wood burning oven, of the homemade pasta, or of the typical Rossanesi cakes and desserts such as the "Scoratelli". It is also possible to pass enjoyable evenings with the accompaniment of live music and, for the children, table football, volley ball and an equipped play area.

Location: a few kilometres away, there is the seaside with equipped lidos and special tariff arrangements for our guests, the AcquaPark Odissea 2000, the historical mouth of the Crati river with organised naturalistic visits, guided visits to the Byzantine historical centre and to the Codex Purpureus, the Lauritiche grottoes, the Amarelli Liquirizia Museum and adjacent factory.
In the mountains (approx 6 km) the del Patire Abbey, the WWF Oasis of the centuries old Chestnut wood at Cozzo del Pesco, the waterfalls in the Vallata del Colagnati and the S. Onofrio small church; in the Sila area, the didactic farm where it is possible to see the production of cheeses with tastings of the latter.
