Cooking: the cuisine expresses the flavours of the land of Puglia with its whole grain, extra virgin olive oil, legumes and fresh vegetables grown on the farm accordingly with organic agricultural methods.
Church: it is still used as a church whose interior and sacristy are decorated with frescos of Veronica and of Christ on the cross between Mary and John, and a museum which hosts the collection of tools that were used to cultivate the land, to pick fruit and to raise animals since the early 1800's and the first machines that changed farming at the beginning of last century and also the collection of tools that were used by the Di Giulio's from Brindisi to make wooden barrels since the XVIII century, which was donated to the farmhouse in 2004 by the last cooper of the family.
