Description

The San Martino di Venezze 110 is found close to the margins of the small village of Saint Martino di Venezze, close to the Adige river.

The manor house, in mellowed red brick, stands at the end of an avenue of ancient lime trees and is a haven of serenity with a choice of 12 elegant, air-conditioned rooms. In a separate building there are 3 apartments which your host has just finished restoring, leaving intact the spirit of the era and the area, with old terracotta floors, stone fireplaces, and bedrooms which still have a period charm without any corresponding lack of the modern comforts of today.

There is a swimming pool suitable for guests. Half an hour away by car is an 18-hole golf course. For those love sport activities in 7 Km you can find a horse center with handling and school of equitazione.
