Livingroom

The apartment "CONTADINO", located inside the Colonica, is about 250 squared meters large. It is a very bright apartment, with large windows in each room. The living-kitchen, located at the ground-floor, is provided with a window-door that opens on the large garden of more than 2000 squared meters big. Anciently, this apartment was the house of the sharecropper's family. The restoration works have maintained the original architectures and the valuable ceilings in chestnut-wood have been preserved. The large rooms are set off by the typical Tuscan country furniture.

Bedroom

From the bedrooms, you may enjoy a wonderful view on the surrounding hills where vines and olive-trees are cultivated. Really spectacular is the view from the top floor.
The apartment CONTADINO can be put into communication with the apartment FATTORE, thanks to a communicating door located at the first floor. This apartment is the ideal place for spending a relaxing and quiet holiday in touch with nature.
