Montespertoli 395, only 20 kms (12 miles) far from Florence and right in the centre of Tuscany consists of six independent flats, all of them recently
restored and re-furbished with the most modern comforts.
The buildings are surrounded by a 25 hectare (over 60 acre) estate, where you may walk amongst olive-trees and vineyards or just swim and relax in the private swimming-pool with its hydro-massage area. Each flat is equipped with sat-tv, dish-washer, washing-machine, heating, fridge, and has its private outdoor with table, chairs, garden-umbrella and car park.
Barbecues are also available to be shared amongst all guests who want to challenge their skills and grill the typical Tuscan foods! In addition to Florence, it is very easy to go for a 50 Km (30 mile) drive to Siena (famous for its Palio), finding on the way a number of old and smashing towns like San Gimignano and its famous seven medieval towers.
You might also decide to visit the seaside and reach Pisa, well known for its peculiar leaning tower, or Viareggio known worldwide for its carnival. And all that with just a 95 Km (59mile) drive!
