The farmhouse is a medieval manor restructured according to the Florentine architecture of the 17 th century. It is within walking distance from the village of Montaione (approx.
1km), on a hill in the middle of Chianti Region, 350 meters above sea level. It is an ideal residence for a relaxing vacation, given the wonderful climate and the nice garden which surrounds the property.
The carefully restructured ancient chapel at the entrance constitutes the reception, its history dates back to the 15th century.
Florence can be reached by car in less than an hour, San Gimignano in 15 minutes and Volterra in 20 minutes. Pisa, Lucca and Siena are all 50 km away.
The farmhouse boasts twelve apartments, from smaller 1-br to very spacious 4-br apartments that can accommodate up to 8 people. Ce hameau se compose de 12 appartements et l’ancienne cave a été transformée en salle commune où les clients peuvent passer d’agréables moments ensemble.
Vous pourrez également profiter d’une très belle piscine pour adultes (25 x 5 m) et d’une autre pour enfants (10 x 5 m), d’un jardin clôturé avec des tables et des chaises, d’une table de ping-pong et d’une machine à laver.
Les appartements, très fonctionnels, sont meublés dans le style toscan et disposent du téléphone et de la télévision par satellite. Piscine ouverte du 1er mai au 15 octobre. Nos amis les animaux sont admis.
