Location: the holiday house, surrounded by the green, peaceful Tuscan countryside, is set in an old tiny hamlet just to the south of Florence, near the town of Montaione, an ancient middle aged village that preserves till today interesting ancient aspects.
Description: the restored 19th-century house, 180 sq. m., is on three floors (ground, first and second floor) and it can accommodate till up 10 guests.
Inside many features of the original house, such as beam ceilings, brick arches, stone walls and fireplaces, have been retained.
Utilities: Tv Sat, DVD, bed- and bath linen, kitchen linen, independent heating.
Outdoor utilities: swimming pool ( 8 mt x 4 mt, deep 1,20 mt) a short stroll away along a country track, laundry room, barbecue. Private parking.
