Veranda

There is a dining room, living room with fireplace, tiled eat-in kitchen complete with dish-washer, oven, gas hob (four rings), fridge, large terrace with billiard's table, space sutiable for eating and talking, with direct access to the private garden. Furthermore, there is a double bedroom (also separable from the rest of the property), with bath/shower, and small kitchen corner. On the first floor, there are 4 double rooms, four bathrooms, of which two have a bathtub and one a hydromassage tub.

Swimming pool

There is also a studio apartment of aruond 55 sqm, with windows looking out onto the swimming pool, 'cotto' tiled floors, stoned walls, and furnished with antique furniture, wall cupboard, kitchen corner (with a four ringed gas hob and ktichen sink), double bed, loft room with single bed, big bathroom (uniquely furnished and with bath/shower). The apartment also has a telephone, Satellite TV, and independent heating. Outside the kitchen area, there is a area where you can eat and just relax.

Garden

A connected small private brick house (60sqm). On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher, living room with small fireplace, sofa bed (it can be either two singles or a double). On the first floor there is another double room with views over the surrounding countryside, a single room and bathroom with shower. The house is furnished with cotto tiled floors and antique family furniture. We have also provided a satellite TV and a private outdoor space for breakfasts etc.
