In 2003 Villa Certaldo 1293 was skilfully restructured retaining all the architectural features of the past. The antique furnishing and décor reflect the old style of the Villa without renouncing the conveniences of modern bath-rooms, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, TV, DVD. In fact, VILLA Certaldo 1293 offers you the highest standard of comfort during your countryside holidays.
The rooms are furnished with antique Tuscan pieces and are unique for the beauty of the interior and the naturalistic context in which they are set.

Villa Certaldo 1293: 3 floors, 9 double rooms, all with private bathrooms.
Ground floor: large entrance hall with staircase, a wide living room with pool table, reading room with TV, DVD and CD, bedroom (twin single beds) with an en suite shower room, kitchen and a spacious dining hall with table for 18 persons, laundry and cloakroom.

Certaldo 1293 The Villa

First floor: Landing. 7 bedrooms, 5 with twin single-beds (all with en suite shower rooms), and 2 with double-beds, one with en suite bathroom and one with an en suite shower room.
Second floor: “ colombaia tower”: one bedroom with a double-bed and en suite shower room, two terraces, one connected to the room, from which you have an exclusive view.

Certaldo 1293 Villa The Villa

Outside: Private swimming pool (18x4m), open from early May to late September, surrounded by a wide lawn and flower-beds with roses and jasmines. Private parking-place behind the villa and a gazebo equipped for out-door lunches with barbecue, all bordered by an olive grove and cypresses. The entrance to the property is provided with an antique iron gate, equipped with a video-interphone system.
