In the heart of Montalbano, you will find the "Capraia e Limite 632", an estate which extends for 500 acres amongst grapevines and olive groves. This beautifully restored farmhouse manages to maintain it's original Tuscan style and materials, but adding all the modern comforts and amenities you would expect. The farmhouse lies on the top of a hill.

From the yard in front of the farmhouse you can enjoy the breath-taking view of the old castles and towns of Capraia and Montelupo Fiorentino, renowned for the artistic ceramic production since the Middle Ages and a panormaic landscape, characterized by sloping hills and the wild bushes of the Montalbano woods, a protected tuscan area, which extends for miles, far beyond the farmhouse.

The farmhouse's secluded location is ideal for those who like to relax, the country smells and tastes, cultural activities and art and history. The farmhouse is close to historical towns like Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci(only 8 miles away), and great art cities such as Florence (15 miles, Pistoia at 22 miles, Pisa (30 miles), Siena (30 miles) and Livorno (42 miles).
