Barberino Val d'Elsa 1237 can accommodate workshops and meetings almost all year round. Our property is suitable for group activities and over the years we have developed a particular familiarity and skills to support these meetings.
The workshop spaces are:

A large room on the first floor of 80 square m. circa, with a high ceiling and "cotto tiles" on the floor, plenty of light and with a wonderful view over the vineyards and olive groves.

A long room of about 60 square meter: a former cellar, turned into a very cosy and comfortable meditation and yoga room.

An additional working space could be the living room with the fireplace at the entrance, of about 80 square m., like the room upstairs.

All the bedrooms and the working spaces are heated.

Outside: close to the villa, there is a wooden platform of circa 100 m, surrounded and protected by bushes and age-old holm-oak trees; during the summer it can be used for different activities like yoga, qi-kong, painting, dance, percussion and singing.

For the group's activities we can provide:

Thick & soft mats for shiatsu massage

Cushions in cotton of different size and suitable for various uses

Individual yoga mats

Blankets

Slides projector

Tables and chairs

Mobile board with tear-off paper sheets

People are accommodated in double and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms.

Cooking: Our cooking, mainly vegetarian, can become entirely natural and vegetarian, in accordance with the needs of the group. Almost 80% of the products we use are organically growth; we also produce extra virgin olive oil and vegetables following the criteria of the organic agriculture.

We offer hospitality truly believing in respect, tolerance towards human beings, animals and nature.

Our closing period is from the middle of November till the middle of March.
