All these years we have been trying to use only organic ingredients and products of excellent quality. We offer only one menu, but it changes every day.
Being situated in the open countryside means also that there isn't a public transport service to and from Barberino Val d'Elsa 1237.
Sometimes people are amazed that the countryside means really this: neither coffee shops nor nightclubs, nor Irish pubs, nor delicatessens. This is surely the limitation of living in the countryside, but it is also its beauty and has some advantages.

The dynamic ones, with a map handy, can come up every day with a different itinerary and visit country parishes, little villages and famous squares.

The art lovers have only to take one's pick: from Florence to Siena, but also through S. Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo and many other less - known villages they will find traces of our extraordinary past.

Finally, the undecided can go to swim in the pool and enjoy a beautiful day in the sun.
