Location: the farmhouse, located in Castelfiorentino (Florence), is surrounded by the green of the typical Florentine hills, where a unique panorama stands
out against a background of vineyards and olive groves. We are in the Chianti hills representing a landscape rich in history and tradition.
History: the cosy and comfortable residence, made out of an old hayloft dating back to 1800, was accurately renovated and completed in 2005, recovering its ancient splendour but always keeping the architectural characteristics of the old structure unchanged.
Accommodation: now it consists in four completely independent flats, equipped with any comfort, where elegance and sobriety combine perfectly together.
These well-lit flats of different dimensions, elegantly renovated with wooden ceilings, stone staircases and brick floors.
Each flat has a wonderful masonry kitchen fully equipped and in the simple but functional bathrooms you can admire the Vietri hand-painted wall tiles.
Environs: the farmhouse is located in a strategic position for excursions and visits to art towns, being at a distance of about 35 km from Florence, 40 km from Pisa, 30 km from Siena and 20 km from Volterra, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni.
