This farmhouse is immersed in the green hills of Macerata, overlooking the Sibillini mountains, in a wonderful panoramic position at 400 meters above sea level.
The farmhouse was born 15 years ago, from the renovation of the family cottage, typical of the Marche countryside in the mid-nineteenth century.
It allows you to stay in a healthy and conscious way because it has been renovated in full respect of the environment, with the use of natural materials and with techniques of green building and bio-ecological architecture. particular attention to the use of renewable sources, energy saving and proper waste management. The collection of rainwater and the phytodepuration system allow irrigation of the vegetable garden and the garden.
The farmhouse has about 10 hectares of land dedicated to organic crops: olive grove, vineyard, cereals and vegetable garden for the exclusive use of the restaurant.
In 2016, the farm built 4 new housing units near the cottage, hence the Bio-farm village! following our philosophy, the one in which we feel "green inside and out", we have built our houses with natural materials such as wood and wood fiber, obtaining excellent external insulation.

The swimming pool
The farmhouse has a swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds to fully enjoy relaxation with friends and family. The location turns out to be an extraordinary setting for the organization of private events and ceremonies.

The Restaurant
The structure that houses the restaurant was built in total respect of nature, in fact the energy class A leads to an energy impact almost to zero. Equipped with 40 indoor seats and a veranda, with excellent views of the hills and the Sibillini mountain range. The position is considered a pearl of the Macerata hinterland.
The cuisine offered is that of the territory with respect for tradition, and ranges from many products of excellence: from vincisgrasso, a typical Marchigiana lasagna to local cured meats and cheeses, wine and zero-kilometer flavors.

The Breakfast
In addition to the restaurant service, every morning guests staying in the farmhouse are greeted by a rich breakfast with homemade sweets.
