In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, on the edge of Brenna, a village 10 km from Siena, the Villa is a typical rustic farmhouse dating back to the 1400s made up of 5 apartments of different surfaces that each accommodate from 2 to 6 people.

Depending on their needs, guests can choose to rent individual apartments (ideal for couples or families), a floor with several apartments (for families or friends who wish to share kitchen and living room), or the entire villa (20 beds, for ceremonies or special occasions).

The villa overlooks the cultivated fields and orchards that surround Brenna. The proximity of the village church makes it possible to organize special events all year round and to take advantage of out-of-season cultural, recreational and gastronomic initiatives, such as the wine/harvest circuit, the theater and concert seasons, cycle tourism and horse riding.

Outside, a main equipped courtyard and a more intimate patio at the back of the villa are available to guests for having breakfast and dinner outdoors.

Internally, each apartment consists of one or two double bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower or bathtub with a minimal and linear design.

The restoration of the structure has enhanced the existing architectural features, the exposed stone facade, the old terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams. The project has highlighted the light, the walls in warm colors and architectural solutions that contribute to making each room unique with a style that enhances the contrast between old and new.

The interior spaces are personalized and revisited in a modern key: the owners, originally from the area but travelers by passion and profession, have "brought back" from various corners of the world objects and pieces of furniture that integrate the pre-existing ones.

The bedrooms, furnished with enveloping and colorful silks and cottons, add intimacy to the wooden beds, some of which canopied, and to the furniture with a slightly oriental touch. A particular intervention catches the eye in the bathrooms with natural shades: they are the washbasins carved into the stone. Thick, large, obtained from whole and very heavy blocks of basaltic stone.

The living spaces, which differ in shape and size in each apartment, are always in open dialogue with the outside and are usually divided into a dining area and a relaxation area.

On the travertine terrace, a large stone hydromassage tub allows you to relax after spending the day walking or cycling along the forest paths, swimming in the Merse river or visiting the nearby cities of art.

Intimate and welcoming, the residence is a recently restored old farmhouse that preserves the Tuscan tradition and "culture of living", between relaxation and nature, culture and history.

At guests' disposal:

- public parking area adjacent to the villa

- safety deposit box in each apartment.

On request:

- daily cleaning/ domestic help (8 Euro/hour)

- Shopping for Tuscan food products available upon guests' arrival

- "private dinings": catering of Tuscan dinners prepared ad hoc and served inside or outside

- external laundry service.

Transport: daily public bus service from/to Siena. Car recommended for excursions in the region.

Animals are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
