The farm

The farm was founded over 50 years ago. Since then, the olive plantations have been cared for with dedication and love, over hectares of wonderful plants from which an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil is produced, completely natural and excellent for health as it is rich in antioxidants.

The estate also includes hectares of vineyards; the area in which the farm is located is part of the prestigious Chianti Colli Senesi area, a limited area regulated by strict regulations for the production of the renowned typical wine of Siena.

Guests also have the opportunity to taste the good vegetables grown in the estate's organic garden. Tomatoes, salads, aubergines, spring onions, courgettes, strawberries grow luxuriantly without the use of chemical fertilizers and herbicides, with completely natural methods thanks to the excellent quality of the soil and good sun exposure.

The farm also has a wonderful chestnut plantation, tall trees that produce the renowned fruit.

All the gardens of the apartments are surrounded by well-kept gardens with green lawns and parts of scented rose, lavender and rosemary plants. The apartments all overlook the vineyards and olive groves, this allows guests to experience a wonderful relaxing holiday completely immersed in nature, scents and silence.
