Location: the B&B is situated in a comfortable residential area just outside Pisa (5 km from the Tower), near main roads and motorways and is an excellent base for visiting Tuscany.

The position of this B&B is really very interesting because it enables one to reach many Tuscan towns easily and to enjoy the natural beauties of the National Park of Migliarino-San Rossore.

Description: this B&B/Guest House was originally a typical Tuscan farmhouse built in the early 1900s. It has been completely renovated and boasts 1500 square metres of garden with typical mediterranean vegetation. A lounge with flat screen TV/SAT is at guests' disposal for moments of relaxation.

Accommodation: the 5 comfortable bedrooms (4 double and 1 triple) all with bathoom en suite, TV/SAT and independent air-conditioning/heating can accommodate up to 11 guests. The ceilings are characterized by wooden beams and the furnishings are in keeping with the historic context of the building.

Facilities: private parking and internet are free. All the rooms have independent air-conditioning and heating and guests are free to come and go as they please.

Environs: the sea and the beach of Marina di Vecchiano are about 8km away and Lucca, Livorno and the famous tourist destinations of Torre del Lago Puccini, Viareggio and Versilia are within a 20 km radius. The international airport Pisa Galileo Galilei and the train station are only 7km away. Florence is easily reached too from Pisa train station. Trains are very frequent and take you right into the centre of Florence. There are many restaurants and pizzeria nearby and there’s a supermarket 500 metres away.
