Nearby there is also the beautiful Castelfalfi golf course.
Description: the house consists of two adjacent and communicating apartments. The owners, who live near Florence, also have an apartment on the property, which they use on weekends and holidays.
In the garden there is a private area with table and chairs for eating al fresco, a barbecue and umbrellas.
Near the garden is the swimming pool (12 m x 5 m), with deck chairs and umbrellas, from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama of San Gimignano.
Free Parking is near the house.
Composition: the house is on the first floor and has an independent entrance. There are two living rooms in this holiday home in the Tuscan hills, one of 2 with a large fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and two refrigerators and opens onto a terrace.
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with antique Tuscan furniture. One is large enough to add a single bed on request. Two bedrooms can have single beds on request. There are two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. In the laundry room there is a washing machine.
It is ideal for a stay of 6-8 people.
N.B.: pets are not allowed in this property.
