The building is an old country barn, with the original structure in perfectly preserved exposed stone, ideal for families with children, in which 4 apartments have been created: Ambra, Acquamarina, Ametista and Giada, all with independent entrances, each spread over two floors and divided into living and sleeping areas, apart from Acquamarina which is entirely on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms.
The precise refurbishment, with excellent finishing as well as period furnishings, combines comfort with rural atmosphere; each apartment has an independent entrance, double bedroom, living room with fully equipped cooking area (fridge, gas cooker , electric oven and microwave oven), double divan-bed,mezzanine with futon and a bathroom with shower.
All apartments have independent heating and air-conditioning and are supplied with kitchenware and household goods as well as satellite television and safe,availability of washroom whit cost free washing machine.
At 50 mt. from the farm, after the area reserved for the donkey Pepe and the goats Lola and Ciro, a green area is available for guests, ideal for families with children. It is an area of peace and absolute relaxation with magnificent sea view surrounded by olive trees, covered by Mediterranean flora and typical flowers; equipped with B.B.Q. table with chairs and sunbeds, as well as swings and games for children.
N.B.: pets are not accepted in this Agriturismo.
