The property is a farm with around 70 hectares of land. The hilly land of the estate is particularly suitable to the cultivation of olive trees producing an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, obtained from hand-harvested olives following the traditional Tuscan method, which exalts the typical aroma and flavour of the oil of this area. Crushing takes place as soon as the olives are harvested. The classic crushing method is followed by cold pressing in order to maintain the olives' organoleptic properties. In the property you can taste and buy the oil production. The 12 hectares of vineyards represent nevertheless the main task of the owner, aimed to obtain an excellent quality through the accurate selection of local species of vines.

Mrs Sabrina can accompany the guests in the visit to the wine cellars where you can discover techniques and secrets of production and finally taste the results: White and Tuscan Red IGT, Chianti DOCG, Chianti Montespertoli DOCG and Chianti Montespertoli Riserva DOCG are currently the wines products; the guests can also appreciate them on occasion of the dinners or to purchase as plesant memory of these hills.
