Our property is an elegant and modern villa, close to the principal art cities such as Florence, Lucca, Vinci, Pistoia, Pisa.

The villa of 340 square meters is laid out on two floors, and can sleep up 13 people.

It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

The rooms are spacious, well lit, airy and perfect for a comfortable holiday.

The property offers a big outdoor Pool and an Indoor SPA/ Wellness.

The SPA Wellness area is situated on the ground floor with indoor heated hydromassage (3,80 mt. X 2,5 mt x 1 mt depth), sauna (4mq), Turkish bath 4mq. , 2 heated relaxing beds and a beautiful view onto the outside area, 2 changing rooms with WC and showers.

At the ground floor there is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and a clothes line.

Finally, there is a gym room (flat bench, barbells with weights, dumbbells, pull-up bar, TRX, anklets weights, sliders) with TV. This area is only reachable by a lift from the SPA on the ground floor.

Our villa  is the perfect spot for those who wish a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside but who also does not want to give up on shopping and transport nearby.

The nearest town, Cintolese, is situated only 1.5km. away and offers a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bar/ caffe’, bank and it is only a short walk away to have a pizza or dine in a restaurant in the evening.

For sports lovers, there is an 18 hole golf course “La Pievaccia” 2 kms away, and a tennis club as well.

The villa is surrounded by a large and marvelous garden with big, L-shaped pool (11 x 7 meters plus 4 x 5 meters, 1.40 -1.55 depth ) and is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and 2 showers.

Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains the lounge area by the pool is truly perfect for your moments of relax, maybe with a good book or a glass of prosecco by your side.

The kitchen leads to an outside pergola where you can eat and enjoy the local products.

In the garden you will find a barbeque area and there is a spacious parking inside the property.
