The property is a manor house that dates back to the first half of the 1600s, renovated with passion and attention to every detail, in order to offer all the comforts during your stay.

Thanks to the enormous restoration work carried out, the soul of the villa was kept alive by reinterpreting the spaces and using recycled materials. Wooden beams and old tiles for the attics, and floors with hand-made bricks, will make you breathe the authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

Almost all apartments have a built in wood fireplace, each with a unique design. There are spacious rooms, underfloor heating for pleasant comfort, fully equipped kitchens and stylish furniture, combined with contemporary accessories. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and all spaces covered by a wifi connection. Each self-catering apartment has its own exclusive garden with tables and chairs for outdoor use.

The pool offers a 15m long and 1.38m deep pool, as well as a large relaxation area on steps into the water with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Near the swimming pool, the pergola offers a beautiful common area with toilets, changing rooms, laundry and, shortly, a pool bar.

We are located in the heart of the Marche region and the Villa is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby coast with Sirolo, the Pearl of the Adriatic, Numana and the splendid Bay of Portonovo. Or to explore the main cities such as Urbino, (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Macerata, Ancona, Pesaro and Ascoli Piceno. We also recommend that you visit delightful towns such as Senigallia, Fano, Recanati, Loreto, Fermo or Fabriano and discover the many small authentic villages that are scattered throughout our territory.
