Ideal for 3/4 people, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the entire coast of Marina di Ragusa.

Outside it has a large terrace, partly covered, facing the sea, furnished with a table and chairs.

On the back of the house there is a second terrace, with sea view, used as a solarium.

Inside it is furnished in a modern style and consists of a living area and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is very bright and panoramic thanks to the large glass walls that open onto the terrace and is furnished with a dining table, TV and sofa bed.
