The Loggia apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, reachable by stone stairs, which lead to the large covered terrace with a wonderful view of Pierle's castle, perfect for eating, reading or relaxing outdoors. The living room, very large and bright, offers a sofa, armchairs, TV, stereo and an old stone fireplace from the late nineteenth century.

Separated by an arch, the kitchen is complete with everything you need for an independent holiday, including a dishwasher. At the top of the stairs there are three bedrooms.

One bathroom serves a double bedroom, while the other bathroom serves both the other double and the bedroom with 2 single beds.

All rooms have great views. From the living room of the Loggia, through a double internal separation door that ensures maximum silence, you access the fourth double bedroom with private bathroom and via an internal staircase you go down to the ground floor where there is another bathroom and it is possible to add a other room.

In this way there are 5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 4 bathrooms with the entrance from both sides of the farmhouse, particularly suitable for a group of ten people.

However, the apartment is also available in the reduced formula for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
