This farmhouse with swimming pool in the Sienese Chianti was created in an ancient medieval village that maintains all the charm of the typical architectural structures of the time, with a long driveway lined with Tuscan cypresses and surrounded by olive trees and Chianti vineyards.

The park of this farmhouse near Siena extends between the houses and includes an enchanting swimming pool (11x8 metres, open from the end of May to 30 September), a solarium (10x10 metres) and green lawns shaded by mulberry trees, pines, oaks and cypresses.
The entire village, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is located on a plateau in the heart of the Chianti Colli Senesi. On the ground floor, near the swimming pool and the park, there is a large lounge with stone walls, a large fireplace and ancient wooden beams, ideal for hosting parties and weddings.

The flats
The apartments, expertly renovated, are comfortable and functional, while maintaining the flavors and colors of a bygone time. The interiors retain their authenticity thanks to the typical and comfortable furnishings, the terracotta floors and the ceilings with wooden beams. Each apartment has an equipped built-in kitchen.
In this farmhouse between Siena and Florence it is possible to spend a holiday of tranquility and relaxation, in complete contact with nature.
For large groups it is possible to request breakfast, half board or full board service.

Events and ceremonies
In this property on the Chianti hills it is possible to organize intimate and private weddings, immersed in the typical Tuscan countryside. The structure can accommodate around 40 people in the 12 apartments available for 2 or 3 night stays but it is also possible to rent the farmhouse for just the day.
In our property it is possible to organize various types of events such as birthdays, anniversaries and family reunions. The structure is suitable for groups even for overnight stays only.

Farm
This farmhouse is also a small winery nestled in the hills of Chianti Colli Senesi. The long cypress-lined driveway, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves make it a magical place. Coveted since the Middle Ages for its dominant strategic position over the Val d'Elsa and its proximity to the Via Francigena, it has been owned by the same family since 1989 who redeveloped it thanks to a careful restoration.
This farm is dedicated to the production of quality grapes and a small production of extra virgin olive oil. In the approximately 4 hectares of vineyards there are varieties of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
The company philosophy is to combine the most modern techniques with meticulous manual work done with expert eyes. For this reason the company has a cutting-edge cellar as well as a private weather station but the work in the vineyard is still carried out mainly by expert hands, from pruning to the strictly manual harvesting of the grapes.

Discover the beauties of Tuscany with day trips. This farmhouse with apartments, ideal for families, enjoys a strategic position just 5 km from Colle Val d'Elsa (shops, supermarket, all services), now known as the city of crystal, with its characteristic medieval village.
In a few minutes by car you can reach some splendid and historic locations.
Monteriggioni (10km): wonderful fortified village, built in the 11th century for defense purposes, well known for its evocative medieval festival, celebrated in July for 15 years.
San Gimignano (16km): registered on the UNESCO World Heritage list and famous throughout the world for its towers and countless architectural works, one for all the fantastic Romanesque Cathedral.
Siena (25Km): the city is universally known for its artistic heritage, for the substantial stylistic unity of its medieval urban furniture, for the peculiar shell shape of its square, as well as for its famous palio. It was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO.
Volterra (30km): the town, famous for the extraction and processing of alabaster, preserves a notable historical center of Etruscan origin with Roman ruins and medieval buildings such as the Cathedral and the Palazzo dei Priori in the square of the same name, the nerve center of the town.
Florence (50km): buses leave from Colle Val d'Elsa every 50 minutes for the Tuscan capital, the city of origin of the Renaissance and recognized throughout the world as one of the cradles of art and architecture, with its numerous buildings historians, monuments, and rich museums.
