Among the green hills of Valnerina at approximately 650m above sea level there is a small group of houses of colonial origin recently renovated and used for holidays.

The complex includes 6 apartments and has a 12x5m swimming pool 1.40m deep, a solarium, a panoramic terrace, a common room and large open air spaces where you can taste the typical products of the area.

Every day we offer our guests breakfast made according to tradition and with local ingredients, such as tart with homemade jams and biscuits with walnuts and almonds. A restaurant will also be opened shortly within the village where you can taste our specialties.

The property also offers guests a table tennis and mountain bikes. In the immediate vicinity it will be possible to practice various sports: from the more traditional to the more extreme ones, in particular hiking on foot, on horseback and by bike, fishing within no-kill zones, hunting, skiing, free flying, rafting, canoeing, sport climbing, bungee jumping and canyoning.

The location is a true oasis of serenity and peace, where thick woods alternate with large cultivated clearings; ideal for long walks or bike rides. A secluded place but at the same time close to major communication routes.

In a few minutes you can in fact reach Spoleto, Norcia, Rasiglia di Foligno, Sellano, Cascia, Visso, the Piani di Castelluccio and the Marmore Falls, but with a little more time you can also reach Perugia, Assisi, Ascoli Piceno and Rome.

The structure is also located in the immediate vicinity of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, where you can go on numerous excursions in one of the most beautiful areas of Central Italy and just a few minutes from the longest Tibetan Bridge in Europe and the Triponzo Baths.
