“Na een zeer warm welkom van de vriendelijke eigenaren, hebben we echt genoten van de structuur! Het is een goed bereikbare plek, zeer centraal gelegen in de Toscane. Steden als Florence, Siena en Pisa zijn allemaal binnen een uur te berijden, evenals middeleeuwse stadjes als Volterra en San Gimignano. Sfeervolle middeleeuwse plaatsjes als Certaldo en San Miniato liggen zelfs op een kwartiertje rijden. De agriturismo is wat dat betreft een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wie de schitterende steden en dorpen van de Toscane wil bezoeken. De plek zelf is goed onderhouden en biedt ruim voldoende comfort. Naast een keuken met zithoek, hadden we ook de beschikking over twee slaapkamers met een tweepersoonsbed, een ruime badkamer met douche en nog een piepklein badkamertje voor de kinderen. Ook hadden we nog een fijn overkapt terrasje. Ideaal voor de maaltijd of om ‘s avonds nog even na te genieten. Het zwembad van ongeveer 12x6 meter was favoriet bij de kinderen. Wij als ouders konden er ook goed ontspannen op de ligbedden. Er vlogen wel behoorlijk veel bijen rond, maar het voordeel daarvan was dat ik geen wesp gezien heb. Kortom, wij hebben er een perfecte vakantie gehad!”
